Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 business days via Royal Mail. We also offer an Express Next-Day delivery option for orders placed before 2 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.

While many of our lenses are available in 'Plano' (zero power) for cosmetic use, we recommend consulting an optician before use. If you require vision correction, please ensure you select the correct power rating during checkout.
What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations in the beauty and medical industry, we cannot accept returns for contact lens vials or blister packs that have been opened or tampered with.
