At Lens Diary UK, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unopened and sealed contact lens products. To ensure hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on items in their original, untampered packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your contact lens boxes are unopened, seals are intact, and the request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in a protective envelope or box to prevent damage during transit and include your RA number inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using a tracked service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
